[0001] TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the field of communications transmissions, and particularly a shielding strip. Technical Background Screening tapes, which are used to protect a signal from interference and ensure good signal transmission, are generally adopted for electrical wires and cables. The shielding tape for existing electrical wires and cables is generally formed by a layer of polyester film and a layer of aluminum foil. However, this structure of the shielding strip causes the accumulation of large static charges on a surface of the shielding strip, and requires a current discharge, which increases the cost of using the wires and electrical cables. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Embodiments of the present invention provide a shielding tape, to prevent the build-up of large static charges on a surface of the shielding strip, so that the current discharge is avoided and the cost be decreased. The shielding web comprises a polyester film, each having an upper surface and a lower surface each provided with an aluminum foil shielding layer, wherein the aluminum foil shielding layer has a discontinuous structure and comprises etched slots configured to divide the aluminum foil shield layer into a plurality of aluminum foil shielding units. The slot may have a width of 0.1 mm to 3 mm. The aluminum foil shield layer can be attached to the polyester film by adhesive. The aluminum foil shielding unit may be diamond shaped. The aluminum foil shielding unit may have a rectangular shape. The slot may have a width of 2 mm. The solution of the present invention is advantageous in that: the aluminum foil shielding layer of the shielding strip has a discontinuous structure and is divided by the etched slots into a plurality of foil shielding units. aluminum, so that the static charges accumulated on each of the aluminum foil shielding units are considerably reduced and thus the current discharge is unnecessary, thus reducing the cost. In addition, the shielding strip has a simple structure and is easy to implement. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Other features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the detailed description of non-limiting embodiments given with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of a web. shielding apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention; Figure 2 is a schematic structural view of a shielding strip according to another embodiment of the present invention; and Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a shielding strip according to yet another embodiment of the present invention. Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments The present invention will be described in detail in combination with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are intended to explain the present invention, but not to be considered as a limitation of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, a shielding strip according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a polyester film 11, an upper surface and a lower surface each of which is provided with an aluminum foil shielding layer, wherein the aluminum foil shielding layer is attached to the polyester film 11 by adhesive, has a discontinuous structure and includes etched slots 13 configured to divide the foil shielding layer into a plurality of shielding units The slit 13 may have a width of 0.1 mm. The aluminum foil shielding units 12 each have a rectangular shape and are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the polyester film 11. Fig. 1 shows, in an illustrative manner, 7 foil shielding units 12 which are uniformly distributed over along a longitudinal direction of the polyester film 11 in a network comprising 7 rows and 1 column. The present invention is not limited to the embodiment comprising 7 aluminum foil shielding units 12; instead, the number of aluminum foil shielding units 12 may vary with the length of the polyester film 11. In another embodiment, as shown in Fig. 2, a shielding tape comprises a polyester film 21 , an upper surface and a lower surface are each provided with an aluminum foil shielding layer, wherein the foil shielding layer is attached to the polyester film 21 by adhesive, has a discontinuous structure and comprises etched slots 23 configured to divide the aluminum foil shield layer into a plurality of aluminum foil shield units 22. The slot 23 may be 3 mm wide. The aluminum foil shielding units 22 each have a rectangular shape and are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the polyester film 21. Fig. 2 shows illustratively 33 aluminum foil shielding units 22 which are uniformly distributed along a longitudinal direction of the polyester film 21 in a network comprising 11 rows and 3 columns. The present invention is not limited to the embodiment comprising 33 aluminum foil shielding units 22; instead, the number of aluminum foil shielding units 22 may vary with the length of the polyester film 21. It is noted that the aluminum foil shielding units can be arranged in any array according to the wishes, without limitation to the network described above comprising 7 rows and 1 column and the network described above comprising 11 rows and 3 columns. In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, a shielding tape comprises a polyester film 31, a top surface and a bottom surface of which are each provided with an aluminum foil shield layer, where the layer aluminum foil shielding is attached to the polyester film 31 by adhesive, has a discontinuous structure and includes etched slots 33 configured to divide the foil shielding layer into a plurality of foil shielding units. 32. The slot 33 may have a width of 2 mm. The aluminum foil shielding units 32 are each rhombic in shape and are uniformly arranged on the polyester film 31. Although the slot 13 is 0.1 mm wide, the slot 23 is 3 mm wide. and slot 33 is 2 mm wide in the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited thereto. Therefore, the width of each of the slots 13, 23 and 33 can be any value in a range of 0.1 mm to 3 mm.
